JP Sensei | Lee Willocks

Lee studied classical yoga at the Santhi Yoga Institute in, Kerala India and at the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram (KYM) in Chennai.  KYM is one of the oldest yoga schools in India and teaches a beautiful therapeutic form of flow yoga which emphasises mind-body integration.  Teaching there observes the spirit of the gurukulam tradition (one guru to one disciple) and teachers give generously of their time and knowledge – if you ever get the chance to go there – go!

She is also a registered Relax & Renew Teacher®, having trained in restorative yoga with Judith Hanson Lasater, and is a Red Cross trained First Aider

On the shiatsu front, she trained for three years at the London College of Shiatsu in Zen Shiatsu and has participated in courses run by leading shiatsu therapist Carola Beresford-Cooke, Suzanne Yates and Bill Palmer.

Lee holds a BA in English Language and Literature from Oxford University.
